Narina was called to the Malaysian Bar in December 2020 and has practised in corporate and M&A law since. She advises local and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence to negotiation, completion and post-closing integration.
She has also served as a secondee, acting as in-house legal counsel for a key client where she managed day-to-day corporate and commercial matters and advised on procurement and vendor relationships.
Substantial experience working with Middle Eastern and Australian clients and contracts governed by those legal frameworks, coordinating with external counsel across other jurisdictions.
