Geraldine was called to the Malaysian Bar in April 2022. As part of the corporate M&A team, Geraldine advises on domestic and cross-border transactions, including matters involving complex group structures and regulated industries.

She also advises on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, including regulatory issues, service agreements, joint ventures and standard terms of business. Her in-house secondment provided first-hand insight into how legal, compliance and commercial teams collaborate in practice.
